  They pretend they care but they don't. 2 weeks before my dog died, they told me it is best for her to go on the Wellness plan. They new she had an incurable sickness. Because I was trying to do what's best for my dog I signed the contract. Two weeks later they tell me there's no hope and I need to put her down. I put her down and then I come to find out I'm stuck with paying the monthly payments for a year even though my dog is no longer alive. Its almost a year later that my dog has been gone and I owe $280 still for my dog who is no longer alive. WORST PLACE EVER. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I have 2 other dogs and NEVER will I have them attended there.

  I have never had a problem with this place. I love it! Everyone remembers me and all my pets and I feel treated like family. All the techs/front desk staff are friendly, courteous, polite, and always helpful. I never feel rushed by the doctors. They take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions, and I get honest answers. Scheduling is always flexible and I've never had a problem canceling or rescheduling. And you can keep track of all your pet's medical records online, which is super convenient.
