- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went in this past week for a cavity filling. It was my first time at the office, and I will definitely continue to have my dental work done here. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I'm usually pretty scared to go to the dentist, but all the staff made it a great and calming environment. The main reason for the five star review is the fact that it was so quick and painless. I've always dreaded getting cavities filled because it's so uncomfortable and painful. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unlike most people, I LOVE going to the dentist. I love Dr. Katerina Topol DDS even more because their office is clean and modern. Great staff and dentist. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Do not go to this office. If I could I would rate it "0" stars, but it won't allow it. The staff at Dr. Topol's office is unknowledgeable and extremely rude. Unfortunately it starts from the top. Tina, the "office manager" has the worst demeanor I have ever witnessed in customer service and I have been in management for over 15 years. They tried to charge me a cop-ay for routine cleaning, which our insurance covers at 100%. She was rude and argumentative with my husband about it. I should have gone with my instinct and cancelled, but I straightened out the confusion and decided to give them a chance. Then on my appointment day, I was caught in traffic and called to let them know that I was 3 blocks away and would be no more than 5 minutes late and was told-no, not to come. I explained nicely that I would be there shortly and Tina was so rude, it upset me enough to drive there anyway to ask for an explanation. Once I arrived she was even nastier and as I spoke to her, took another call. I asked for her full name and she wrote her first name on a piece of paper and was very dismissive. She clearly should not be dealing with the public if she does not have the aptitude to do so. This is the face of the office. Obviously, all 6 members of my family will never return and I will make sure I tell everyone I can not to go there.March 15, 2017by Indira Martir
